Healing has always been in my nature. No matter where I am, I carry my healing space & tools with me. I have learned that we are the medicine ~ the listening, witnessing, holding space, heart space, energy, spirit, and more…

Service is something I have been committed to for much of my life. Just like you, my experiences have informed and shaped me into who I am today. I fought forest fires across the United States, led Women’s Wellness Workshop Retreats and girls’ empowerment camps in rural Morocco, and have been volunteering at homeless shelters and low income housing for years. I have been in the “practice” & “art” of medicine, providing my services for over 15+ years, including to the underserved. It has been an honor to guide and serve as a birth doula, assisting in the powerful rite of passage into motherhood (and fatherhood), as well as a holistic healing arts teacher, educator, & earth steward, or as I like to call it “speaker of the trees, flowers & bees.”

My passions & calling have led me to the intersection of many medicines ~ connectedness, community, energy (Vis, Qi, Chakras, Spirit), magic (the extraordinary within the ordinary), & spirit, including ministry of the heart’s wisdom, Mother Earth, Higher Power, Divine, Creator, & Love. These areas have informed my perspective of what medicine and healing can look like. Often, the physical state is a reflection of the emotional and spiritual states. The body is the densest form of the soul. It tells a story. We just need to listen.

I value respect, integrity, compassion, and non-judgment. No matter what walk of life you’re in, my priority is that you feel seen, heard, respected, and validated along your own journey.  I am here to serve and care for you. I believe in building authentic, heart-centered connections, and being of service to you.
